What a shame Fumaderm/ Skilarence are super drugs and in Germany are first line oral treatment and have a 70% chance of it working and giving long term clearance and if it affects your lymphocyte count reducing the dose soon reverses the action and clearance continues
It’s a shame as it’s a lot less harsh on your organs than methotrexate is

Ok, MTX is longer around, but is also quite a heavy medication.
The fumarates are "only" here for the last 35 years, and are body owned substances. if your dermatologist is not experienced in it, well... I think he is quite lacking some re-education. When you have a university education and degree, you are obliged to yourself and your patient to keep on the edge of scientific progress in your field.
Rightly dosed and of course depending on the person, there is only minor lowering of the lympho's, and indeed with Skilarence very soft for your metabolism.
