Thankseveryone for the kind thoughts, as I discovered recently life can sometimes seem like you are stuck at the bottom of a deep dark well with no hope of climbing out however with perseverance and support from friends, family and colleagues we make it up into the sunshine again. Once you are out you are in the unique position to spot others around you who are similarly stuck and help guide them back to the sunshine.

I had my initial two 40mg doses via auto-injector of Humira yesterday after I posted. Those little buggers sting worse than Methotrexate, at least they are only fortnightly going forward.

No problem Fred, I've left the pies in the pie heater a dozen of each Chicken and camembert and Beef and red wine.....

Them pies have made me hungry ...I'm off to the pie heater to sample one of each .... looking forward to seeing your recipe ....they look soooooo good

Those pies look good can you fling some over here maybe?

With the Humira pens, I don’t recall them being all that bad - did you stick them in your leg though? I find if you can pinch up some skin on your stomach (no probs with that here lol) and stick it in there I don’t feel it as much. Plus the warming up part, a good half an hour to warm it up.
