For those with a similar issue, I would try desonide oil. It usually takes about 2 weeks for it to kick in, but worked for me.

Thanks for that idea  Thumb  and welcome to the club... should I ever have the problem I will try to remember, it can’t be  a pleasant experience getting it on genitals whether male or female
