Iv got it on my face, scalp, ears a bit on my elbows few spots on my chest/stomach and in my belly button but I'm wondering if it can occur under the skin because I get itchy all over even in places  where I have none but it feels like the same itch? Wall

I often used to get some itching at places where there was none, I've also had itchig at places where it has gone. But most of the time it was where psoriasis could be seen.

Are you seeing a dermatologist?

Welcome to Psoriasis Club by the way. Wave

Do you think they could be upcoming sites for it then as iv never had it in the places where I'm itching? And I did years ago but they have me steroid stuff which made it spread loads so I stopped alltogether and it stopped spreading but recently iv started to get so many new ones e.g. My face/chest and I don't like the the idea of it spreading more.

Tanks aswell iv just found it today Smile

Hi Shirlando and  Welcome to the club... I don't know if it's possible to get it under the skin, but it is not a disease just of the skin, but a systemic problem, so yes I believe it's possible to make you itch where you have no plaques
I suggest you get to see a dermatologist and don't accept creams as a treatment if you have reacted to them in the past. Read on here  Prescribed Treatments For Psoriasis about  the various treatments available so you can have a knowledgeable conversation with a dermatologist

I wish you good luck

Is it red where you are itchy? I know that although I mostly itch due to the scaling, I do sometimes itch just where it's red. Honestly sometimes I wonder if I'm itchy out of habit anymore.

Welcome to the club!

Hi shirlando welcome to the club, if you have P then you need to go to see a dermatologist as the local GP does not really know much about it , or the ones I have come across don't. Yes you most certainly can itch even if there is no P there but you need to have a proper diagnosis with a derm.
Have a good look around and you will find lots of information and ask any questions you can think of, they will be answered by people who also have the problem so you will get proper answers.
