Hi Phil, you are 4 and half years older than I am but we have almost followed the same path and I have had P for about the same length of time I was in my late 20s . I have been on MTX for 9 years and Stelara for around 5 years which is just starting to loose ground . Coal tar with the smell and mess was the first treatment I had in fact I could make a suit out of tubular bandages in quick time.
Treatments in some respects have come on quite a long way since I started but I think that in the last 10 years the progress has been much faster, I feel that there will be even faster progress in the coming years and I can see the time when P will be controlled to the point of nearly 100%.
I will be very interested to see how you go on with the Taltz , I am changing soon to another bio in fact the same one as Fred is on.
Anyway Phil welcome to the Club , there is more information on here than anywhere that I know , Fred has done a fantastic job and any questions you ask will be answered by people who have experience of the problem not ones who read from books. We are a happy band of inmates some of us are sane but most are barmy but everyone is friendly .
Dave
