I think enstilar is great and has certainly given a lot of people clearance ....but bear in mind it is a steroid application and not designed for long term use as I believe it will ultimately thin your skin
If it were me I would still push for skilarence as it's a treatment if it works you can stay on for years and enjoy long term clearance, which I don't think you can expect from enstilar foam

If you can get by with steroid free topicals and occasional enstilar then why not? At least you will get an opinion from your dermatologist soon enough. As much as I like dimethyl fumarate, I would not use it if I could manage with topicals.

Cheers

Unfortunately my psoriasis has decided to spread like wildfire over my legs, buttocks and arms so I think that using the Enstilar spray on such a large area (most of my body) wouldn't be a good idea.

I think Skilarence will be a much better solution in the long run. I have an appointment next Friday so I'll ask to be put on it. Here's hoping its as good as the Fumaderm.

Shame the psoriasis has come back with a vengeance .....it's good you have the option to go on to skilarence and it should be as effective as the fumaderm was ..but it hasn't the additional salts added but the active ingredient is exactly the same ..

I agree the enstilar is not a good idea for large affected areas  Thumb

Yes, sounds like you've crossed the line. Hope you can get hold of some Skilarence very soon OBI.

Cheers
