That is a joke to be left 4 months, you need to call your consultants secretary and tell them you can't cope your covered and need an urgent appointment! That's what I did and was seen in a week and given next appointment for 4 weeks instead of usual 3 months cos could see it was out of control! You shouldn't have to suffer that long. Nothing has worked for me either so far but we got to live in hope that something will work.?(Wed-01-06-2016, 22:34 PM)Sammikins Wrote:(Mon-30-05-2016, 08:23 AM)Turnedlight Wrote: Sorry, I misunderstood about when you were thinking of trying the aloe Vera!
I hope Humira does help you, I went on it last autumn and it sadly didn't work for me so they stopped in in February and I'm going on Stelara next month.
Hi
When they stopped your Humira have they left you on nothing for a period of time before you can start the Stelara? If so how long and Wats the process?
Yes, they have left me since February - with nothing, but then there is nothing that works on me anyway - and I am covered in outbreak spots right now.. The process for me was my derm saying 'Humira isn't for you, would you like to try Stelara?' Me saying yes ok, and a letter arriving giving me an appointment in June, so that's four months, no explanation of what was going to happen next.. But hey, maybe four months is quite good - I have no idea!
Hope you get the help you need ?
