I think that as P is the over production in the replacement of skin then any area's that get a lot of wear this will be where the main build up happens ,I used to do a lot of driving as I used to run the whole of UK which meant that all the area's like my back, back of the legs and all my backside used to be one great mass of P . My scalp was bad and just about most other places like knees and elbows but unfortunately it does seem to spread and when I was at my worse there was not much skin left without P.
It's an awful thing to be saddled with but in recent years there has been a lot of progress but some of the old favourites are still good like coconut oil and other creams made from it.
