Good that you have a diagnosis .... you must be pleased it’s not Psoriasis I hope they can treat you successfully   at least its not a for life disease

Yeah, apparently it commonly goes away on it's own within a few years.  Keepin my fingers crossed!

To update this thread, I had a biopsy done, and my diagnosis is Lichen Planus.  So it turns out I do not have psoriasis.  Thanks everyone for the replies and help though.

That's great news let's hope you get it sorted soon. It's always a good idea to get a proper diagnoses.

For those with a similar issue, I would try desonide oil. It usually takes about 2 weeks for it to kick in, but worked for me.

Thanks for that idea    and welcome to the club... should I ever have the problem I will try to remember, it can’t be  a pleasant experience getting it on genitals whether male or female
