Fumaderm side effects - remedies?

Woke up this morning without a single side effect - yippeeeee  . Took my dose lunchtime and barely any side effect in the evening - touch of cramp which was mild and brief! 

I shall avoid those evening doses for as along as possible! Thanks for advice guys, it worked! X

I'm Glad it worked for you, I'm glad Caroline's advice worked .... Let's hope it will continue that way, of course when you increase the dose it will become more of a problem with the evening tablets....... But you will hopefully be able to take them early evening so they can become effective before you sleep on them

Hiya both  . Wow, yes, what a difference! It may also be of course that my body is adapting but I'm going to withhold from evening doses for as long as possible. I'm due to take two from Tuesday but will hold off until the weekend so I can monitor the reaction.  I've decided to start a journal on here, a little late but better than never so others may find it useful should they find themselves in a similar situation, and maybe I'll be able to discover a pattern in my bodies behaviour.

For now I am just enjoying feeling more like myself  .

Well it could be a combination of both but probably the timing of dose has helped,
That's a great idea keeping a journal on here. I find mine helpful to look back on my progress and of course it's there for others to read and maybe help others.

But starting one at the beginning of treatment will give you a complete story of the struggle with side effects and hopefully success with a clear skin
