Thanks Jim

Yeah hopefully derm will have a better answer this time.

Yeah a bit of a nitemare in the heat though my other half says “no one is looking at you” , I must have got to that age!  Confused

Take care.

Hello Strangers Wave

Hope you are all well.

Jag number 36 done today.  8 years this month on Stelera.

Still going well, still maintaining clearance, apart from the usual inside ears, couple spots on elbows, but still working its magic.

Pigmentation still the same on face, still convinced the way Stelera works with me, any scrapes, burns etc do not heal normally and leave marks which I think contributes to the pigmentation. Well that’s my thoughts which the derm disagrees with.

Anyway, 8 years in and still doing good.

Will have a catch up around here.

Hi Angie,

Good to see you again and very good that you are still going strong with the Stelara.

Has been some time since you have been here. About a year Whistle

For me it seems reasonably obvious that the scar-type of healing has to do with your condition and logically also with the Stelara.
For the derm, probably it has not been written in the side-effects, and then he/she probably thinks that it is impossible. Have no other explanation.

There is a lot of catching up to do when you are a year behind. Smile But take it easy. Thumb

Wave
Caroline.

Hi Angie, glad that you are still doing well on the Stelara in fact from reading your post it's a mirror image to my experience of it. Inside my right ear behind my left ear and on my right elbow. I have cleared some of it up with Enstilar and it's not come back. I have been on Stelara a few years longer than you in fact it must be 11 years this year.

Hi Dave

Thanks. Good to hear from you.

That’s good to know that you are still doing well after 11 years on it.

Hopefully I will follow in your footsteps.

Hello Angie good to see you around again. I'm so pleased stelara is still working for you, it was the one I had my longest time on (6 years I think it was) I hope it keeps working for you a lot longer.

But we are not the strangers, you are. I've often been leaving a shot of Drambuie in the [Group Specific] a bit like children do at xmas in the hope you will come back but it ends up going down the sink with Dave's Gin when I have a tidy up.

Take care.

Fred.

Hi Fred

Good to see you too.

Yes the reason I asked for Stelera was because of reading on this forum and getting advice , I knee it had worked well for you and Dave was getting on well with it too.

Thank you.

Good Morning

Jag No 38 done!

All going well, no problems and still doing it's job.

Have had a couple of colds which delayed me taking this dose by 8 days
but all well.

Last couple of times at Derm they have checked on my records how many
times I have had Antibiotics , checking if I am having more infections etc, I
haven't noticed this before that they checked and wonder if this is something
with the length of time on the biologic or maybe this is something which has
been checked for years without me being aware.  Huh

I wouldn't say I have any more virus bouts, or infections than before I started Stelera.

Hope all is well with everyone.
