Stelara - On Way!

Hi Angie good to see you back with good news about your psoriasis.... I've only just seen this as I've been off for a while but its always good to see an old friend back with good news, long may the stelara keep working for you
I still have problems with skin pigmentation particularly on my legs... Have you tried one of the moisturisers with a slight tanning agent in, I have tried it and it gradually builds colour up and covers my white spots

Hi Jim, thanks. Yeah I will keep returning like a bad penny, 

The pigment on my legs I can live with, it’s my face that’s a mess. I still spend a-lot on concealer etc  . I am fine with that until I go on holiday and the make-up doesn’t want to stay on at the beach or in the heat. I also have a foundation and powder which was prescribed from skin camouflage clinic but although it is supposed to stay on no matter what, in a shower etc, it didn’t work with 36 degree heat and sea and sand. 

I may look into laser but again waiting on my appointment with derm in November.

Hope the derm can think of something for the facial pigmentation loss. I can imagine it's not good for your self esteem when out in hot weather
