lol, i'll be fair for once its not the job centre at fault, as far as i know my advisor has tried to get me moved etc, they cant pull me because they aren't allowed, once I'm there the job centre cant remove me, thats the terms of the placement, to which i'll be fair i agreed to before i found out where i was being sent. (Cheers Iain Duncan Smith I owe you one buddy you posh arrogant twat).

I will be nice and polite when i go to the docs and politely asked why i never got a doctors note as it is now to late to do anything and I'm now paying the price for someone's incompetence.

If you do have anything for the tip... Remember the other poor sods working there on placements and be careful who you throw the rubbish at Confused

lol, i think if there was anything i'd want to throw at someone it would be this woman from the company i've been farmed out to by the job centre who says my gloves will protect me.

Hey Bav, I don't know how your system works but if you may be called to work through the job center again, I'd go ahead and get a doctor's note that will let them know what type work they can't put you on in the future.

Oh they know, it was already done, but neither me or the job centre knew I'd be sent to a waste transfer station. Its on there now though. Initially on my record it said cannot work with food due to P, to her credit she even called the company and said that she hadn't written it on there because she never thought in a million years i'd be sent somewhere like that.

Ok, that's good Smile Here in the U.S. if they had discovered you shouldn't have been working there for medical reasons they would have moved you quickly somewhere else (or simply told you that you could stay home) and begged for mercy as they'd be afraid of a lawsuit. But at least you shouldn't have to worry now about job placements.

But it's ending soon so hopefully this next month will be much better for you! My Mom always said things will get better, then worse, then better again so just always remember when it's at the worst that better is just ahead.
