Well you will find us a small but friendly group of people, so just dive on in there is usually someone about and once you get going you could be helping others too.

Welcome to psoriasis club.

I see you are on UV treatment. Was there a relation to your current outbreak?
Or did it just happen all of a sudden?
How would you describe your current outbreak? Is it everywhere?

Lots of us have been on UV, you will find out by looking around or when they tell you. Many of them have switched to systemic therapy.

Anyway, have fun on this forum. They are nice over here. Always someone around to talk to.

Hi Karen    to the forum im sorry you are having a bad breakout at the moment. It's a nasty disease we suffer, but coming here and talking about it to fellow sufferers seems to help . In my opinion
I see you have had it since 2006, has it always been bad or is it gradually getting worse ?.
You say you are on uv treatment, is it something you have had before or is this your first time on UV.?
I hope you will find your time here enjoyable. We tend to come and talk about all sorts of things as well as psoriasis.
If you venture into the off topic section you will find lots to do with an active chatting thread .and many more things to join in with if you want .... All members are welcome  
Do let us know how your psoriasis is behaving and come back often

Yes this disease can really get on my nerves too. Especially when it's starts on my hands and feet.

I have had this disease since childhood and have learned many ways to control it or put it in remission.

Coal tar always work for me. I use occlusion. As well as many other natural ingredients. Please see my blog on natural P. Treatments.
