Hi everyone :-)

Just to introduce myself, I was diagnosed with Psoriasis around 6 years ago having had no previous skin problems or family history of Psoriasis.

I do struggle to find enough information/advice on Psoriasis & treatments so I'm hoping this is the go to place!

Hopefully I might also be able to help anyone else from my experiences so far.

Yep this is the place to be as it's just people sharing information, we have no advertisers, sponsors, or donator's to please so all the information you see (apart from news reports) is from genuine people living with psoriasis.

Have a good look around, and don't hesitate to dive on in. You will find us a friendly bunch of people from all over the world, and using many different types of treatments.

Please do post your experiences as your information could be of help to others, some of us start our own threads about our journey and keep it updated as we go.

If you get fed up taking about psoriasis, you can visit the Off Topic board for something different (I'm the sensible one in there by the way). Also as you make more posts you will see other boards pop up, but I can't tell you about them on this public board.

Hi Kath and a big    welcome to the club/ forum. You will be made to feel welcome here and you will find it a very friendly place to exchange views on our various treatments
Got to agree with Fred if it's information you want this place is packed with it , and the joy of it is it's free from outside interests just as Fred said, a friendly bunch of Psoriasis sufferers with very similar problems and different solutions and ways to deal with it ..
Do dive in and when I have answered your other post I shall be found in the off topic section where things are a bit more light hearted ...

To be honest I can't believe I haven't signed up sooner!

I hope I may also be able to offer some help to others...I have a keen interest in my condition having studied Genetics & Molecular Biology at Uni & am also passionate about skincare & Nutrition.
