Hi Jim.

I dont think that there will be a payoff as the profit comes from short selling. The patent challenge comes from a 1989 paper with many similarities to Biogen's Tecfidera. More a spectacle for me as I cannot see it making my treatment any cheaper. From my perspective I believe that the raw stuff in larger and less frequent doses taken with a big meal and plenty of fluids is safer and more effective. And I suspect that any food that causes gastic reflux makes the side effects much worse, perhaps because the rate of stomach emptying can be slowed.

By the way, read an article today which stated that only 7 cents out of a dollar is used for development into new medicines. So the price of Tecfidera is well overdone and is only so high because of the fact that the sufferers on MS have so less possibilities to fight their disease that they have no where else to go.

Certainly can see a difference, on a side note. The patches on your legs are in the exact same position of mine, I wonder others have the same patches and if there is some sort of link. ?
