I stand fully behind William's suggestion!
I am not a fan of Fumaderm, but it is one of the product that has a great chance of working. 
Hello Micky... about the acitretin i'm on it (by the way i'm 12 yeas old) i was on 25 mg a day and it harmed me (general dryness and eye dryness and much more) it didn't make anything in the psoriasis (palmoplantaris). before about a week I stopped taking it and the psoriasis went much better but every persons body responds to the treatment in a different way... i hope i helped you and thanks
