Welcome to the club - I am a PPP sufferer - it came on almost overnight back in October 2015.
It took a while to get referred but once I saw the Dermo things started to get better. I am on a drug called Acitretin and the effects were really good, the pain went, the pustules disappeared and all I have now is dry flaky/peeling skin.
However I still can't walk too far without my feet getting sore and I cant do things like play golf, use an iron or vacuum cleaner as gripping can be a bit painful.
I use pure unrefined coconut oil as an overnight moisturiser and Dermol 500 for the daytime.
And in between I have Dermovate and Epiderm ointments (soak feet in warm water for 15 mins then apply and wrap in cling film for a couple of hours)
I am about to embark on a 6 week course of UV light treatment - first appt is December 21st.
Hope this is helpful to you - everyone is different but I am sure your Dermo will find the right treatment for you
Good luck and keep us posted.

Hi Dyorke,
Thanks! It is always good to hear what other people are doing to treat it. I'm literally just using silcocks base at the moment but all of my symptoms are slowly disappearing.
My hands are nearly 100% clear now apart from my nails and my feet are on the mend. Perhaps this was just a bad flare up? Have you had it consistently since you were diagnosed?
