Hi Bob
Welcome to the club - I am a PPP sufferer - it came on almost overnight back in October 2015.
It took a while to get referred but once I saw the Dermo things started to get better. I am on a drug called Acitretin and the effects were really good, the pain went, the pustules disappeared and all I have now is dry flaky/peeling skin.
However I still can't walk too far without my feet getting sore and I cant do things like play golf, use an iron or vacuum cleaner as gripping can be a bit painful.
I use pure unrefined coconut oil as an overnight moisturiser and Dermol 500 for the daytime.
And in between I have Dermovate and Epiderm ointments (soak feet in warm water for 15 mins then apply and wrap in cling film for a couple of hours)
I am about to embark on a 6 week course of UV light treatment - first appt is December 21st.
Hope this is helpful to you - everyone is different but I am sure your Dermo will find the right treatment for you
Good luck and keep us posted.
