I have never cut my drinking down ( I don't drink a great deal but have been known to fall over ) I don't smoke so don't know why you would have to stop that if it calms you, it seems foolish to stop unless you want to ...it will just stress you more and that will make the psoriasis even worse
Again just my opinion ..but it's your life and there has to be some enjoyment
Ye, I want to keep some normal life, but still have to see the real PS derma doc and then decide where to go...I still know so little about how it develops and if any remission is available... For now I am still in the dark since anyone reacts differently on the same treatment. That is why i keep on hold any oral medications - hair loss and liver fat, and stomach disorder, and mood change (I read your link carefully, thank you very much, Jim) - i am not sure yet...
If any other options fail, i consider oral pills for sure...
Hope you have good remission time, do you?
Hi you ask if I have good remission time, I have had psoriasis for over 50 years most of that time trying to hide it, like you I felt I couldn't holiday or dress in summer clothes. I was always covered up... I've done all the topical treatments with limited success then nearly 5 years ago I got the chance to try Fumaderm and I admit it was difficult to start with the side effects. But I have been clear of psoriasis since starting on it, it is the only thing that has worked long term for me, it's been a life changer see my journal [Group Specific]
I wish I had known about it earlier in my life. Do have a look...
