I haven't had personal experience of bandaging but I have used thin cotton gloves which are good for keeping the cream on. I used to tape them around the wrist to stop me pulling them off. I don't know if it's an acceptable alternative but it sounds easier than bandages..

I think Amanda was talking about bandages for the feet, I do have to pick up some cotton gloves to wear while I sleep with the cream on though thanks for reminding me!
