you can apply Coconut Oil any time you want to relive the dryness
If you are looking for something that sinks in for during the day, then I use Dermol 500
it has been a lifesaver for my hands (I have Palmar Plantar P) as I do a lot of keyboard work and this soaks in and in non greasy.
It also anit-microbial property and can be used a s a soap substitute.
500ml is about £11 in the Chemist but can be got on prescription
