Good to hear it's working for you Bill.
Heard it can be effective, but it was never an option for me due to liver concerns.
Colon cancer, if it spreads, generally hits the liver. Doctors never warned me about this. Had to research it myself. Sure enough, my Onc wants a cat scan of it, now that time has past since the surgery. If it reaches the liver, the prognosis is dire. I guard against it, I think very well. Most of my supps are liver protective, and anticancer. As well as being beneficial for the colon. Plus with all the superfoods I eat bombarding my GI tract with anticancer properties, I'm sure my colon is doing quite well also. I have another tentative colonoscopy scheduled.
I have many specialist at the ready. Had more doctor visits in the last 4 years, than I had in my 50 years prior. All are informed of my plans. All know of my of supplementation and LDN.
I take no prescribed medication from any doc. Only take LDN, and the supplements mentioned earlier. And most of my supplements are not taken daily.
I'm pretty confident my liver is in great shape as confirmed by my Rheumatologist and the latest lab results. She believes my liver could handle the DMARD's quite easily. But as mentioned earlier, I opted for LDN.
I need to take a whole body approach to wellness. With multiple ailments, (COPD, Cancer recovery, PsA),... LDN seems like a wise choice for me.
I will check back here in November, and update, what if any benefits LDN has had on my PsA. I'm a bit too busy to be an active member at yet another forum.
Wish everyone the best of health.
