i am pawan from india . good to be here. i am having sebo psoriasis since last 4 years and it's worsening day by day. it started with scalp and now its on my nose both sides also. can someone help .

Hello Pawan   to Psoriasis Club.

Have a good look through the boards that Jim posted and see what others are using. From there you will then have to decide what is available to you and within you budget. I don't know how your health system works, but I would suggest seeing a doctor or better stil a dermatologist.

Remember though that what works for some may not work for everyone.

Hello Pawan and welcome.  I'm glad you managed to find this forum.  You'll find out a lot about your condition here and perhaps meet other folks who have experienced the same - and have found ways to overcome or reduce the problem.
The first thing to do is to get a 100% diagnosis if you haven't already.  It appears that some skin conditions often get mistaken for other skin conditions and the treatments do vary.  Not only from condition to condition but also from patient to patient.  What works for one may not always work well for another!    Good Luck and hope you find out what you need to know.

Hello Pawan,

I am also from India. I also have scalp psoriasis and its also on my face and other parts of the face.

You should use Flucticasone cream and CLOP cream on your face for 4 days (once in a day). Do not use for more than 4 days.
These are corticosteroids and should not be used for more than 5 days on your face. It should clear your face.

After that, use Tacrovera - Forte (0.1%) your face regularly.
It is not a steroid and safe for long term use on face. It will keep P away from your face.

Also, there is a thread on LDN in the introduction section.
I have also recently started LDN though its too early for results.

Also, go to a dermatologist and they will suggest Methoxerate (MTX).

I will suggest trying LDN before trying MTX as MTX has a long list of side effects.

Hopefully, LDN will work for you.

Welcome Pawan!

There is a lot of info to be found here and as to what works, well different things work for each of us as others have already said. Moisturizing doesn't make it clear up but it can help with the itching. I've used coconut oil as well as a Vit C cream from a health spa that both help a bit. It will take more than that though to help you get clear and a doctor (preferably a dermatologist) is the best way to start the process.
