My main objective is to share my knowledge of LDN. In the hope it might help those with psoriasis and PsA. Both are autoimmune disorders and LDN is very beneficial in helping with most autoimmune conditions. I have read the terms here and will not post links. One or two questions though, if I may,..
Can you edit your posts? I make numerous errors with my cellphone and would like to know, I can correct them. And where would it be better to posts a dedicated thread on LDN featuring all the studies, news, and how it would be relevant in the treatment of psoriasis. Either in Prescribed Treatments or Topics & News?
I will update my own progress here, but I would like to leave the bulk of what I learned, how it might help, the safety, and possible effects, for all to see in an easy to read format that would get the most exposure. I feel strongly LDN has more to offer than people realize.
I would never suggest to anyone to forego their medication or treatment, nor would I suggest to anyone to switch to LDN. But as we all realize the standard treatments are not all that effective and safe in most cases, and become less effective over time, it's nice to know there are other safe choices.
LDN is not a cure, and it's effectiveness has not been studied thoroughly, and probably never will be. But it is extremely safe and has many benefits. Even if it is not to be found that effective in our pressing concerns with psoriasis or PsA.
You can't edit posts till you have made 5 posts. Then you get 5 minutes to make an edit, it's to stop spammers coming back at a later date. I can always make edits for you if you have gone past the edit time limit, just let me know.
I think as it's not a prescribed treatment for psoriasis it would be better in Psoriasis And Psoriatic Arthritis Topics
You are welcome to update this thread if you wish but it may not get many readers.
Or another alternative is once you have made 10 posts you can start threads in Members Journals.
