Debs,
Fellow Fumaderm taker here.... my second time on the drug in 10 years. (I gave up after a few months the first time around) This time I'm determined to stick with it.
When Bill says he's cutting the dose to twice a day rather than three times a day I suspect that he's not saying you should be tempted to cut a pill in half. Fumaderm have a special gastro resistant coating which would be ruined if the pills are cut.
That would only be a potential option if you were on three full strength Fumaderm a day (like I am for the next 7 days) then I move up to 4 a day.
I'm already seeing some evidence of clearance by the way.
I would suggest - but only if you can't manage sufficient time for food and drink at "lunchtimes" - you might be better off taking one in the morning and then two at night - with, or just after, plenty of food and keeping yourself well hydrated throughout the day. Personally I take mine with half pint of semi skimmed milk as well as I heard that helps reduce the various side effects too. I've heard that Yoghurt is good too - but I've not progressed on to that as yet, keeping that ammunition in reserve for if and when my stomach cramps become intolerable. (They are in the background for me at the moment and I can live with them)
All the best
