Yes I think you should eat. Try to eat food that digests normally and has fibers, like bread, fruit (without the shells), etc.
The diet belong to DMF, the way I take it (not Fumaderm), says the following.
Avoid: All shells of fruit, so also wine, sherry, vermouth, etc and avoid machinally made fruit juice, shells of tomatoes, paprika's en peppers and all ready to go products where this can be in it, like soup from tins or packs, bouillon blocks, paté, sauces etc. Avoid cloves, curry, cinnamon, hake, mustard, anise, peanuts, peanut butter/sauce, lettuce oil and all burnt nuts as they are boiled in arachid oil.
Admitted: Garlic, parsly, onions, garden herbs, saffron, fruit vinigar, olive oil, mais-, soja-, sunflower- and linseed oil. pickles without pepper, cocktail pickles, coconuts, hazelnuts, walnuts, almonds. Alcoholic drinks like beer, gin, whiskey and rum are ok, how strange this may seem. All other things are okay, so even a pressed orange or peeled apple are fine.
sofar things on the diet.
