Interesting topic Fred. I see 2 issues:
1. Comfort dressing - can't wear certain fabrics or styles because they irritate the skin
2. Cover up dressing - can't wear certain styles or colours because they expose the psoriasis.
My skin doesn't seem bothered by different fabrics so I can wear anything but I would never venture into town in shorts with my blotchy legs on show. In that respect I am a 'cover it up' dresser in public and have been doing it for so many years it's second nature (hence my obsession with woolly tights and leggings etc!). I am less bothered about my elbows and ears and lube my lobes regularly through out the day to stop the fall out on shoulders!
I wonder what it's like to be normal!
