If you don’t have psoriatic arthritis, I hope you never get it. Today has been a terrible day. It started in the early hours of the morning; I woke up in a tight ball and felt like I had been stuffed in a jam jar!

I had to get up early too, as the nurse was coming for a blood test. It took me a while to roll out of bed and shuffle off to the bathroom, shower and drying was difficult as my bones just wouldn’t wake up. Usually I can get them working after an hour or so, but today it’s been like someone has come along and tightened all my joints up with a monkey wrench.

Hobbled around all-day in a grumpy mood and it’s not even a Full Moon. Time for another glass of red I think to help with the numbness, no not to get rid of the numbness but to bring it on.

Night Night Sleep

O Fred.
That is a very uneasy situation for you.
Can it have something to do with the type of weather currently with you?
Btw red wine is not explicitly good for AP, they have always told me.

I hope for you that this morning brings you a better situation.

What no Kiss Sad

Still a bit stiff but not so bad as yesterday. Yes I think it's the damp that's doing it, Stelara is not so good as the other Bio's for PsA or AP as you call it (Double Dutch to me)

Unfortunately all alcohol is bad for psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis as is Beef, Pork, Veal, Sausage, Salami, Tomatoes, Peppers, Potatoes, Chilli, Lobster, Shrimp, Prawn, Crab, Coffee, Gluten, Yeast, Fried Food, Pizza, Vinegar, Pickles, Spices, Strawberries, and Peanut Butter.

So last night I had lots of Red Wine and a big Home made Pizza with lots of the above thrown on top, followed by a strong espresso and Brandy, then more red wine before bed. As a scientific test of course, and today I feel 30% better than yesterday. So all the scientists, dermatologists, and doctors, can get stuffed and let me get on with my life.

OK time for a Dance I think

Okay... I guess from above litany that for you no diet of whatever kind will help, only normal living will help... ok, have it your way (*takes a sip of the glass of rosé next to the Mac*Angel ), still there are people who have extremely good results with a diet, but I do not belong to them....

AP is no Double Dutch, but stands for Arthritis Psoriatica, as used in Holland and probably the Latin name.

And about kissing... I only kiss those whom I very close to. So instead you'll have to do with a Bigarm.
