Tablets to help with psoriasis

Jim. Can you tell me if the coconut oil you get as a sunscreen is alright to use as a moisturizer. I presume i can use that and still go in the sun. I have just been on the net to have a look at the benefits of coconut oil, some of them seemed to be in a solid state, so is all coconut oil the same. Looking on the web it looks like coconut oil is the bees knees. For hair, wrinkles and anti-aging as well. Lets face it we could all do with a bit of that. Thanks again.

I use it all the time it's a great moisturiser and so much more, don't go for the cheap ones they are useless. It's solid when cool and liquid when warm, more information here:
