The protocol for use is indeed that after the plateau phase you can gradually cut down with the amount of pills which you indeed did.
In thread [thread=2742], our new Dutch girl Deena writes that she uses reishi/ganoderma capsules to fight the problems in her intestines, which seems to work very good. You could take a try what that means for you. I am going to try it also.
Diarrhea is recognizable for me, the other things you mention I do not have. I am always full of power, no dizziness at all. But every two days you can find me in the sportschool where I do a lot of spinning so I am keeping up my condition.
I use it already for a very long time, it still works. Indeed sometime a bit of playing with the dose at times of cold, damp or the full moon.
Still one question, how are your lymphocytes doing? For me it is very important.
