to Psoriasis Club. you don't have to worry about leaving flakes around here we're used to it. 
Aloe Vera: I have heard some say it works and some it doesn't. the problem with psoriasis is we are always looking for something new. seeing a dermatologist is a good move, as they will be able to work with you to find what works. it can take time but they can help you cope with it. And so can we, no one on here will take any notice about what you look like, it's what's inside that counts.
Have a good look around the forum and shout out if you need anything. And if you do get fed up I'm always accepting Cake in the Off Topic section
