On second thoughts, perhaps I should just take some paracetamol. That may be a better idea
Oh sorry about the hug I have been in the agony position where I couldn't move my arm a couple of times last year although I don't think I have psoriatic arthritis. It came on fairly quickly while I was driving and had to let my wife drive home. The pain was intense and I couldn't get out of the car without help the next morning I was no better and went to the doctor he gave me diclofenac which shifted the pian in a couple,of hours ......... The next time it happened I had left over tablets and took one and the pain went and mobility came back swiftly .... Now I'm not saying that's the same as you but it does sound familiar. So maybe an anti inflammatory may do the trick
