Tomorrow can't come quick enough, I did 15 mins sun exposure at 9.30 this morning but now I just feel burnt.....my skin is bright red all over and I'm so itchy which makes the burn worse.
I don't think much will be achieved in getting relief tomorrow but it's a start, part of me wishes I had seen a derm earlier on in pregnancy but what can you do?
I have now finished work so that may help a bit in itself!
Any way I'm taking my self to bed as I find the cold sheets and fan soothing and I'll try to relax and hope the burning goes!
