We all react so differently to things that even if someone had a rash it wouldn't necessarily be the same thing. A rash is a side effect of Enstilar foam so it's possible that's all it is (according to their site). However, since you mention an antihistamine is the rash itchy? If so, I definitely would discontinue use until speaking with your doctor. Actually, I would call and ask anyway as I tend to err on the side of caution.
