I have always learnt from my doc to avoid grapes, certainly the blue ones. The peelings of this contain grape acid, which has a strong negative influence on the citric acid cycle which is very important in psoriasis.
There are more questions than answers to dieting I think.
I was thinking a good nutritionist might be a good place to ask questions but I've been to two of those who honestly were either not very good or simply go by a standard diet as I learned nothing from them (nor did I lose weight or have inflammation or psoriasis improve) One wanted to basically sell me supplements and the other gave me basic information I can find myself. So for me, I've gone with what just makes sense. Cutting out bad carbs, red meats, fried foods, processed foods, fast foods, etc and trying to eat more vegetables and fruits. My last test showed improvement in my liver however nothing really improved on the inflammation so I'm trying to improve a bit there now.
JonJon mentioned eggs, I'm curious what others think about them for health. My doc said nope, but then he said no to ALL dairy products (not happening)
