Hi, I hope your diet works for you, it’s something that comes up in conversation but I’m not sure how many of us have really gone for it - I tried cutting nightshades a while back but didn’t last all that long..
As to protein, I would have thought chicken would be a good one, also what do they say about things like beans (pulses)?
Coffee is interesting, it is apparently good for your liver and has anti-inflammatory properties, though caffeine itself doesn’t.
I do have reservations about the idea of sorting out psoriasis by diet only because I would have thought if it did work our docs would have us all on these diets before trying anything else. But then, perhaps really comprehensive studies have never been carried out?
