I'm still learning a lot regarding diet. In my case it isn't so much for psoriasis as it is liver and inflammation (which makes it very similar to what is suggested here )
Red meat is generally a no. Chicken I would think is fine but depends on how you cook it. No skin and no frying! Well maybe air fryer.
Good foods that are anti inflammatory:
Tomatoes although it generally stated here that nightshades (such as tomatoes) cause inflammation but that has not been proven anywhere I could find. In fact, they have lycopene and vitamin C that help curb inflammation.
Olive Oil
Green leafy vegetables like spinach/kale/collards
Nuts: Almonds and walnuts
fatty fish: salmon, tuna
fruits, particularly strawberries, blueberries, cherries and oranges.
And coffee!
Mostly stay away from refined carbs, fried food, soda, processed meat, butter/margarine/shortening and red meats.
As for proteins, if you have problems with meats go for beans or even protein shakes.
I'm sure someone else will come along with more info.
