Taltz V Cosentyx

Sorry, somehow I missed this post.

I tried both.  If you're going to ask how I felt it worked for psoriatic arthritis, that will be difficult to answer.  I did notice less stiffness with Cosentyx, however, other than that neither seemed to work well for me. 

I will add that I definitely preferred the Cosentyx injection over the Taltz as I found the Taltz to be more uncomfortable injecting (but if you go with the syringe instead of the pen it supposedly isn't that bad)

Thank you Kat, I only ever use the syringe so no problem there.

I'm thinking Taltz may not be any better then Coesntyx as they both go after IL17, but it's good to know someone who has tried both as it confirms my thoughts.

That depends Fred... it is not clear, to me at least, what is the reason that the body starts to make antibodies to the medication. Is it making antibodies to the enzymes that deliver the real IL-17 blocker to the cells or is it somehow blocking the IL-17 blocker?
And ... are there different IL-17 blockers possible and available in Cosentyx and Taltz ?
