Good to read that you have kept your psoriasis under control. What did you use? As for the arthritis, I agree with fellow Aussie Craig's advice to consult a rheumatologist. It is the best way to access the range of treatments available via the PBS in Australia. You can get some idea of how it works by reading info from the Department of Human Services about psoriasis. Basically you have to try and fail a number of treatments to get access to further options. Craig's journal gives a very good idea of the practicalities of obtaining treatment. If you have worsening arthritis it is very important that you get assessed by a rheumatologist as they are the guys that can apply for you to access treatments like Enbrel, Humira and Cosentyx if sulfasalazine and methotrexate are not helping you.
