If it's not gone downhill quickly I would be inclined to stick with the cosentyx as it's a known quantity and Tatlz is going to be an unknown one , it may or may not work as well. With the problems you have had it may settle down a bit but if you come off at this point the sudden withdrawal may increase the situation as it will take the Tatlz time to work.
Thank you Dave. It's actually been a bit better as far as psoriatic arthritis is concerned. I did think there was a blip coming, but it din't last long. It's the psoriasis that it doesn't seem to be able to cope with and even at three weeks between shots it's no better in that respect.

Keep Taltz in reserve until you really need it
But that’s just my opinion
Thank you Jim. The psoriasis doesn't get me down a lot, but because I have been clear for so long it's annoying when I get a flare up. At them moment I'm more on the side of better the devil you know and get through the winter knowing Cosentyx will keep the psoriatic arthritis at bay. But part of me also thinks a new broom sweeps clean, and Taltz could could not only keep the psoriatic arthritis away but may also ease the psoriasis.
Decisions decisions. What a week it's been.
