I'm in a similar situation but the other way around. Coesntyx is working great for the psoriatic arthritis but not so good for the psoriasis. So I'm thinking of switching to Taltz but I don't want the psoriatic arthritis to come back, so it's catch 22 do you try Taltz and it works better or does make no difference.
I remember mataribot saying Cosentyx is a bit like Stelara and you need more if you are of a heavy build but Taltz works for all weights.
I was on Stelara for just over 6 years, it did work for the psoriatic arthritis but nowhere near as good as Cosentyx. Unfortunately there is no one suit fits all when it comes to treating psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis.
It may be worth you asking about Tremfya (guselkumab) it's not available in France yet, but one I'm keeping my eye on for psoriatic arthritis.
