It’s a shame that the hospital can’t see that although you are not covered in Psoriasis, but where you have got it is absolutely wrecking your quality of life, and could cost you your job, I would be inclined to keep phoning the hospital and asking for the dermatologists secretary, tell them that you have enstilar but it’s not working ... tell them you can’t get shoes on so can’t work, tell them you will take a cancellation if one comes up .... in general make a nuisance ( politely) of yourself and have tears ready on the phone if they seem unsympathetic

Either of the drugs they have suggested should work and probably at a low dose ... I hope you get sorted soon
