The headaches are like a hangover JohnB but not a really bad one, just like being a bit dehydrated after a night out (if only). I will mention it to the consultant. My GP just prescribed centraben ointment. I will try avenoo next!
Today loads more spots have come up on both legs and arms....not sure if this is the Acitretin or my psoriasis developing further (I really hope not). Has anyone experienced lots more spots as a side effect or Acitretin?
If you are waking with them, I would phone your Dermy for advice. It could be the Acitretin and some headaches aren't a good sign of tolerance. If by spots, you mean acne type, no I have never had any while on Acitretin, any small red spots generally grow up scaly .
I like Cetraben, but you may find it a little thick and greasy to apply to some areas.
I mean spots that turn scaly not acne....they start as distinct spots as opposed to the large red patches I have on my face and hands. They are in new places....I wasn't sure if Acitretin makes existing patches worse or could trigger new ones altogether?
Ahhhhhh. I do get the odd red patch. Sometimes it lasts a few days some decide to hang around a lot longer. As long as they don't itch or burn I tend to ignore them, having said that non of mine are normally visible.
