My apologies to Af, Caroline. As you point out, your alternative therapy has supporting evidence. That is what you want. I use an alternative therapy also. It has no evidence to support it other than my experience. My treatment has not gone to plan, if ever there was a plan. If my treatment were to become seamless I would wonder what I was missing or what was about to hit me. Yet I am very pleased with what I have been able to achieve. I caught a cold yesterday, so I hope my lymphocyte count has not crashed again. It presented with polyarthralgia as well, so I hope it isn't flu.
Regarding ASEA, I found a science based medicine article on it with the heading <ASEA is an expensive way to buy salt water, backed up by an enormous number of sciencey-sounding buzzwords and no meaningful evidence, all wrapped up in a multi-level marketing scheme designed to separate the credulous from their money. Don’t buy it. >. At least with raw kidney beans I know that there is a mechanism that will stimulate the production of T cells. A packet of raw kidney beans is much cheaper.
Cheers
