As I have PPP I only really get/got P on the palms of my hands and soles of feet, so its hands for me definitely - the complete embarrassment of anyone seeing my hands for me was too horrendous and really upsetting!! Not only shaking hands but the biggest one for me was collecting change or a receipt from a shop/store cashier, you know when you hold you hand out to receive it.....!! Blush

That said, wasn't happy with it on my feet either but they could be hidden to a large degree!
