I was part of the Acitretin group and it worked well for me. I currently do not take anything and have stayed "ok" although not totally clear. I was fortunate that the side effects were minimal.
I think staying with eye liner is preferred over tattooing. I wouldn't take the chance. My niece is an esthetician and does eyelash extensions. I haven't had it done but they last for about 3 months I think she said. Something to think about perhaps or ask your doctor about.
