I'm amazed that you got clearance on 6 initial tablets a day 
that's a great result . It's like taking one and a half full strength tablets .... and you are trying to control the psoriasis on the equivalent of one a day .... I would be surprised if such a low dose will hold it back , but you might be lucky.
I would not worry about the lymphocyte count it's well within the normal range.. but just keep an eye on the results ....
