I see John has answered and he knows more than me about Acitretin, so I'll leave you to it. But as you posted an intro I thought I would say hello.
As for tattoos, yes I would think twice. Not only is it permanent but it could end up giving you psoriasis where the tattoo is. Personally I would think of changing your treatment as it doesn’t sound like Acitretin is going to do you any favours.
