It's amazing how a bit of stress can cause a psoriasis flare up, you think you're not that bothered but I've found in the past even thinking about my family coming over to visit can cause a small flare up.
I have also known a flare up start within an hour or two of an annoying phone call with our supplier after they accidentally got the wrong number & cut us off, they could'nt reconnect us for 24 Hrs
I always have a tube of products in varying strengths at hand just in case.
#1 Dexeryl.
#2 Silkis.
#3 Dovonex.
#4 Dovobet. (Rarley use it, but it can hit the spot when needed)
